This white broth ramen soup meets today’s increasingly diverse dietary needs by replicating the taste of tonkotsu ramen soup using our company’s proprietary production method without the use of any animal ingredients.

Besides ramen, it can be used in various recipes for dishes such as hotpot, soup, and cold dishes.

・We have received "No Pork, No Alchol Certification*" from the Halal Japan Association.

*The ingredient specifications have been verified by the Halal Japan Association, and it has been certified that the main ingredient is pork-derived and that no alcohol is added.

【How to use】

Dilute 36cc (approx. 40g) of this product with 300cc to 360cc of hot water or water at room temperature.

One bag of this product (500g) contains around 12 servings. (1:8 to 1:10 dilution)
